What is the price for wine tasting?
For groups of 1-6 people a flight of 6 tastes from any of the wine lists, Estate Champagnes, White or Red, the tasting fee is $15 per person if a bottle of wine is not purchased.
For larger groups reservations re required.
Tasting for wine club members is complementary
Tasting of the Trident series of deep red wines are available on specific dates and include a Charcuterie plate. See the events calendar for details.
How long does a vineyard tour last?
About 30 minutes. These are available in September and October and include grape tasting.

What is discouraging of Champagne?
Discorging is the removal of yeast from the bottle of champagne after it has made the bubbles.
What is late Discorged Champagne?
Late Discorged Champagne is aged for a longer time with the yeast in the bottle and discoged at a later date. The extended time adds flavor to the Champagne from a bigger mouth feel in a year or so to a brioche flavor then more yeasty for more years.
